Payment
Local Pickup
Cash and Interac eTransfer are the only accepted methods of payment for all transaction sizes.
Payment by WeChat Pay and Alipay, denominated in Chinese Yuan, may be accepted at the Bank of China exchange rate plus a fixed convenience fee, depending on the time of year. Please inquire if you are interested.

Shipped Orders
The following methods are accepted for shipped orders.
- Interac eTransfer (no service charge)
- PayPal Goods and Services
- No service charge for website orders
- 3% service charge for orders through Facebook
- Through PayPal, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, UnionPay (銀聯), Visa/Mastercard Debit and all other major networks.
- Canada Post Collect on Delivery
- For orders within Canada only, shipped by Canada Post
- Pay your mailman with cash or debit on delivery
- An additional fee may apply, please inquire
- WeChat Pay / Alipay (微信支付/支付寶)
- The Bank of China exchange rate applies, with an additional 4.5% convenience fee.

Pickup/Delivery
Pickup is in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. On weekdays, I may be able to meet in Kerrisdale, Vancouver.
Public meetup at Lansdowne SkyTrain metro station, or any Richmond RCMP office, is available free-of-charge.
Personal delivery, including meeting with you elsewhere, can be arranged for a surcharge.
Shipping
All orders are generally shipped within two business days. We generally don’t work on Canadian federal or B.C. provincial holidays.
Orders within Canada
Orders within Canada are shipped by Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, ICS, or Sendle. If you have a preference, please contact us, but we unfortunately cannot accommodate all requests.
Shipping prices can vary. In general, a PC can be shipped for CDN$20 to urban B.C., and CDN$40 to the rest of Canada. However, this varies, so please contact us for an exact shipping cost.
Orders to the U.S. and abroad
Orders are generally shipped with UPS or Canada Post. Canada Post hands off parcels to the local postal service, such as USPS or Royal Mail, who will deliver your package.
Buyers are solely responsible for the taxes, duties, customs fees, and tariffs. However, we do try to make arrangements to prepay these; if an arrangement is made, but these fees are still due on delivery, please let us know immediately.
Shipping prices can vary. In general, a PC can be shipped for US$35 to the U.S., and US$200 to the rest of the world. However, this varies, so please contact us for an exact shipping cost.
Warranty
All items, with the exception of items specifically marked as “as-is”, “for parts”, or “defective”, come with a limited warranty.
In general, this means that T4PC will cover the following, but may cover other issues not listed here:
- Damage during/prior to shipping
- Dead on arrival situation
- Premature failure during the warranty period
This limited warranty specifically excludes the following issues:
- Listed/noted defects
- Damage during transport of local pickup orders, after the buyer has picked it up
- User wear/tear outside expected usage patterns
- User error / damage
- Acts of God
Unless otherwise listed, items will come with the following warranty length depending on the price range:
- < CDN$699: 30 days
- CDN$700-999: 60 days
- CDN$1000-1499: 90 days (used) / 180 days (new)
- CDN$1500-2499: 180 days
- CDN$2500+: 365 days
The warranty period will start from the date of pickup (local pickup) or the date of despatch (shipped orders). The conversion rate at the date of purchase is used.
